* 1 medium banana
* 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
* 1/2 c. frozen peaches
* 1/2 c. green tea, cooled
* 1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt
* 4 ice cubes
* 2 Tbsp. canola oil
* 1 Tbsp. honey
1. In a blender, add banana, blueberries, peaches, green tea, yogurt, ice cubes, canola oil and honey.
2. Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
